At American Express, we pride ourselves on exceptional quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label and return authorization form.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
